LuvCall Application & Platform User Agreement

Strictly 18+ Mandatory: Access to LuvCall is only permitted for users aged 18 or older.

LuvCall Terms of Service (Strictly 18+ Only) Effective Date: August 28, 2026 Welcome to LuvCall. By accessing or downloading this application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. 1. ELIGIBILITY (18+ MANDATORY) You must be at least 18 years old to access LuvCall, purchase virtual gems, or make calls. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 2. USER BEHAVIOR & MODERATION - Polite, respectful communication is mandatory. Abusive, offensive, or harassing behavior towards hosts or other users will result in immediate account termination. - Any attempt to record, screen-capture, screenshot, or distribute video call sessions is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate bans and potential legal actions. 3. VIRTUAL COINS (GEMS) POLICY - Gems purchased in LuvCall are virtual credits and are strictly non-refundable. - Gems have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money. They can only be used to initiate video/audio calls with host profiles inside LuvCall. 4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY LuvCall is an interactive platform. Users are solely responsible for their interactions. We do not accept liability for conversations or behaviors between users and hosts.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By downloading, registering, accessing, or using the LuvCall mobile application or website ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

2. Mandatory Eligibility (Strictly 18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use LuvCall. By registering, you warrant that you possess full legal capacity to enter into this contract. Minor usage is strictly forbidden. Any account registered by or associated with a minor will be permanently banned immediately.

3. User Accounts & Security Responsibilities

You are assigned a unique 9-digit User ID upon account creation. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify LuvCall operations immediately at dev@dealvaly.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Virtual Currency ("Gems") & Purchases

LuvCall offers virtual digital currency known as "Gems" for purchase via Google Play In-App Billing or local Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).

Non-Refundable License: Gems represent a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access digital video calling and messaging features inside the app.
No Cash Redemption: User Gems cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, transferred outside the app, or assigned to third parties.
Pricing & Rate Adjustments: Video call per-minute Gem rates are determined dynamically by platform settings.

5. Prohibited Conduct & User Rules

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Recording, capturing screenshots, broadcasting, or redistributing 1-on-1 video call streams without express written permission.
Harassing, threatening, stalking, or defaming hosts or other users.
Transmitting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), hate speech, violent content, or illegal media.
Attempting to bypass security mechanisms, reverse-engineer the APK, or execute automated bot scripts.

Violation of these rules will result in instant account banishment and forfeiture of unused Gems.

6. Host Verification & Platform Disclaimer

LuvCall provides peer-to-peer visual and auditory routing. While hosts undergo identity verification, LuvCall is not responsible for individual host statements or external communications outside the platform. Users interact with hosts at their own discretion.

7. Termination & Account Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our sole discretion for terms violations. You may also terminate your account at any time via the self-service portal at Delete Account Request Portal.
